In the morning, things were much clearer. It only took 2 hours to get back to where we were supposed to be. And then another 2 hours through the woods. With barely enough water. This is Mauna Kea.

I've always thought it was funny how they call it the Big Island, as though they can't quite remember what its real name it (you know, the kid with the blue hair). But, this is a sampling of the things I did/saw on the weekends.
