The frame has collapsed on the nose and tail of this one. Though the inner gas bags are intact and keeping it afloat for now, the ship's skeleton is slowly collapsing like an accordian.

The Messenger relates how a sudden storm destroyed a chunk of the fleet. I envision these pieces flashing before a black screen, as if illuminated by lightning. The debris can be animated blowing across the screen.
