This is a pretty good photo of a lightning bolt. What type of equipment did you use? I've been waiting for months to take photos of a thunderstorm in infrared... but unfortunately every storm seems to vanish before it hits Chicago lately.

Things I Love - I've been feeling incredibly contented lately, and as this is not a standard state of affairs, I'm going to try to encourage it with a list of 'natural highs' a la my 8th grade English class, where they made us write down things we could do to get 'high' other than drugs.

Also, I didn't actually take these pictures, they are shamelessly stolen from the internet, I believe elderkin took the squirrel pic
