Grinnell, fall  -  The a's are from a beautiful evening and morning in late September: our kitchen in the phws esperino; the walk to campus and the view through the south windows of Burling. The b's are from a visit home: making jelly from backyard grapes; sisterlet modeling her homecoming dress. The c's, a dinner of soup and biscuits.
