Bogrinnell Cookbook
So for Thanksgiving 2013, my fellow Grinnell Corps: Namibia fellow, Kathryn Vincent, and I went to visit Bogrinnell in Lesotho. While we were there we had a fantastic dinner with the two current Lesotho fellows, Rachael Pederson and Radka Slamova. While we were there, I took pictures of all the recipes in their cookbook that they said had been around for a while. Well I just found them on my computer and figured that since the Lesotho fellowship has been disbanded, these recipes would be hard to get. They're not all that special but they look good and I guess they were a part of Bogrinnell so I'm posting them on Grinnell Gallery here. Happy cooking!
