Here we go... (this actually requires a lot of upper body strength, which I was sort of lacking. So after taking about 25 minutes scratching one whole coconut, I took a break. Then one of Willow's Ni-Van friends came by and she was able to scratch 2 other coconuts in about 5 minutes. Yeah, I'm a bit weak...)
