Compolation of two pictures of me pouring milk - see the crooked post? You make butter by heating milk and then pouring part of it repeatedly from a high place. When it's frothy enough, you let it cook for a while and then let it cool. The thick frothy top layer is the butter. I'd milked this out of a cow a few hours before. <--Previous Next-->
