Organic Strawberry Jam Siletz, OR 2008
the finished jam! still scorching hot, we'll have to wait until tomorrow to eat it on toast! yes, it's a little foamy on the top, but i kept it vegan (if you add a little butter it reduces the foam, but then i couldn't mail any to the lovely brook [peterso3], so i leave it out!)
